Salmorejo and Vichyssoise


One of the good things about this two meals is that you do not have to be a very skilled chef to make them, you only have to be very careful and patience.



SALMOREJO:















INGREDIENTS:

- 4 Tomatoes
- 1 Garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Serrano ham
- Boiled egg



PREPARATION

First you put the tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and boiled egg in the mixer. Afterwards you put everything          
in a bowl and put on top of it a bit off serrano ham and a bit of boiled egg and salt.



VICHYSSOISE:












INGREDIENTS:

- 5 Leeks
- A pair of potatoes
- 1 chive
- Butter
- 150 ml. of cooking cream
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 1 l. of chicken soup


PREPARATION:


First you warm up the chicken soup. Then you peel the leeks and the chive and put them in the frying pan with a bit of butter or olive oil and after you put the peeled potatoes with the leeks and chive. Then you put everything in the mixer including the chicken soup and while doing this you pour slowly the cooking cream. when it has been in the mixer a few minutes you put it in the refrigerator.

Delicious Japanese First: Salmon Tataki

 
    SALMON TATAKI

-First of all we are going to need:
~ 280g of freshmon
~ Salmon filet (prepared for sushi)
~ Some ginger root ~ Sesame seeds
~ 150ml of Soy sauce
~ 50ml of Rice vinegar
~ Two table spoons of Sugar

                               

-Production Method:


·First of all we are going to cut the salmon in long pieces and put some sesame seeds on it. After that, we´re going to cook it just a bit on the sides.

·Then, we will prepare a sauce. We have to mix the soy sauce with the rice vinegar and some cut and small pieces of ginger. We will put the prepared salmon in it and let it rest for at least two hours.






·For the end, we have to cut the salmon in peaces leaving the extreme´s  (wich were in direct contact with the sauce) apart. We will cut it in thin or thick pieces and let your imagination fly with the presentation! That looks desirable!







Asian Exotic Second: Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori chicken

Ingredients for 4 people :
  •  8 chicken pieces such as chicken thighs , without skin.
  • Peanut or sunflower oil for spread.
  • 60 g of melted butter or lard.
  • 1 red onion cut in thin slices for serving.
  • Lemon slices for serving.
For the tandoori marinade:
  • 1 onion, cut in big pieces.
  • 2 big cloves of garlic.
  • 1 piece of fresh, bare of ginger cut in big portions.
  • 3 spoons of fresh lemon juice.
  • 1 fourth of spoon salt.
  • 1 and a half spoons of chili powder.
  • 1 spoon of curry.
  • A little bit of saffron powder.
Preparation:
  1. Use a fork to punch the pieces of chicken on all sides. Place in a bowl without metal and serve.
  2. For the marinade, put the onion, the garlic and the ginger in a mixer and mix it until a paste is made, then add lemon juice, the salt and the spices and remove again.
  3. Pour the sauce and the chicken and spreaded. Cover the bowl with kichen plastic and marinate in the fridge at least 3 hours, remove occasionaly the pieces of chicken on the marinade.
  4. Tempered previously on the oven at 220 degree. Take the chicken out of the fridge. And place in a rack a tray cover with aluminium paper and spread all over the rack some oil. Distribute the chicken in the grill and with a brush spread some melted butter. and bake around 20-35 minutes or until juice it´s clear.
5.Tempered previously the grill on her highest position. Drain the juice that has aculumated on the bottom of the oven track. Spread the the chicken with more butter and place in the grill for about 5-10 minutes, or until the edges are slightly roasted.
Presentation :
Serve with the lemon and onion slices.

Time to prepare it :
10-15 minutes, and 3 more hours to marinade.
25-35 minutes baking.

Yummy Dessert: Brownies

Delicious Brownies


Ingredients:
-150 grams of nuts
-150 grams of chocolate
-150 grams of sugar
-2 eggs
-100 grams of butter
-70 grams of honey
-1 packet of yeast
-a bit of salt
Preparation:
-First put some nuts in a bowl and smash them until there are in pieces. After doing this step take the chocolate and pulverize it.Remove from the cup and set aside .Place the chopped chocolate in the glass , give Turbo 5 strokes and then move at speed 9.6 segundos.Put it in a bowl and set aside .Put the blades .Put the sugar and the eggs in the glass and programs 5 minutes at 40 degrees , speed 3 . Add the butter and chocolate and mix 6 seconds , speed 2.Add the flour, salt and yeast and program 4 seconds, speed 2. Remove the blade.Remove the glass of the machine incorporate the chopped nuts and mix well with help  of the spatula , until the mixture is smooth.

-Grease a rectangular pan with butter and put it flour.  To the mixture and place in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes, then stick a needle until it comes out clean .Remove the brownies from the pan on a rack and he cut in squares. Now you made it! Enjoy!


Tasty & Quick: Cake

EASY & QUICK CAKE

It is not a conventional cake! ;)


Ingredients:
-3 eggs
-200 grams of sugar
-100 gram of olive oil or butter
-1 yogurt of lemon
-170 grams of flour
-a package of yeast
-a little bit of salt
-3 spoonful of cacao powder
Preparation:
First put the eggs with the sugar in a bowl and mix them. After having this mixed pour the yogurt and the oil or the butter, and scramble. Then blend it with the flour, the cacao powder, the yeast and the salt and process to mix,until this point we have made the mixture so far. Finally take a mold and put the mixture inside and put it into the the oven for 30 minutes, temperature 170ºC. Try to do this step with a grown up so you don´t burn!

Steps:
                                                 1º Get your ingredients and sort them out

                                                 2º Mix & smash until the mass is liquid 

                                     3º After that put it into the oven and wait 30 minutes!
     
                               4º Arrange the food on the plate to present it to your guest
